Region #15 History

Welcome to Region 15,

       To our members, My name is Lou Kaelin and I am the recently elected President of this great region. I am currently a Patrol/Narcotics Handler with Camden County Department of Corrections. 

I am excited about the upcoming 2015 year.  During 2015 all certifications will be offered at No charge.  Additionally, the New Executive Board and I are working on scheduling seminars and other training for the region.  

It is my goal to make Region 15 the most active Region in the Association.  Currently, I am forming several Committees such as Training, Fund Raising, Certifications, etc., and am looking for members with ideas to serve on these Committees.

In closing I look forward to an exciting year of Canine and invite you to attend an upcoming meeting on December 19th at 11 am on the Campus of Stockton College in Pomona, NJ.  The actual location will be the  Lakeside Lodge on Laurel Lane, Pomona, NJ.
